S.E. Hall delivers a swoon worthy romance with Unstable.
This story appears to be a love triangle but it is anything but.
We meet Henley Gene Calvart, Gaitlyn and Keaton in this book. Automatically you think love triangle but really this is a beautiful story of loss, love, friendship, and discovery.
Keaton Cash is an alpha with the sweetest heart and his devotion to Henley is one that romance movies are made of.
Gaitlyn is the farm hand that is always there for you when you need a friend and appears to be not so bad to look at either. He always knew the right thing to say to Henley and was just such a strong support system for her.
I found myself so captivated by this story, I shed tears as Henley comes to terms with the losses she has had to endure throughout her life. I swooned and found myself loving Keaton Cash and I wanted Gailtyn as a friend.
The ending of this book will blow you away and having you appreciating it so much more I mean WOW WOW WOW. I didn't see it coming and when it did I gasped out loud and thought oh em gee BRILLIANT JUST BRILLIANT!!!
The writing in this book is just fantastic. One of the best books I've read ever. I have already read this book multiple times and this is one book that definitely belongs on your bookshelf.
After eight years, Henley Calvert is headed home. Back to the family farm and small town she left behind, never to be thought of again.
Too much regret and shame to bear.
But she’s the only one left to see to her family’s legacy, so she must return to Ashfall and face all the ghosts that haunt her.
Gatlin Holt, the family farmhand, awaits her arrival, and lends a hand—in more ways than one. He reacquaints Henley with the lay of the land while helping her heal her soul with a new outlook on life.
Yet every time she thinks some peace may be within reach, Henley hits another roadblock. The biggest of which is Keaton Cash—her childhood nemesis who owns the farm next door.
And no, it’s not a love triangle. That’s impossible when Henley’s heart is closed, incapable of love.

"As your man," he holds up a finger, "don't argue. As your man, I drive. I pay for our meals, I carry heavy shit. I do any and all mechanical stuff including, but not limited to, oil changes, flat tires, gas fill-ups, and fixing or having fixed anything you break. If you cook, I clean. If there's a knock on the door late at night, I answer it. If someone makes you cry, I pay them a visit. Jars, I open them. You want a fire, I build it. And babies, I get up every other time and bring them to you in bed if they're hungry. I very well may add to this list too, so be ready. I can write it down if you want me to.
