Damien by L.A. Casey

Alannah Ryan had always suffered in silence, until that silence became so deafening she spilled secrets that she never intended to. At one point in her life, she yearned for adventure, a nail biting journey … something other than the mundane life she led. Her pleas were answered in the form of a tall, handsome heart breaker with a mop of white hair. Alannah’s dreams for an exciting twist in her life were shattered because of a teenage mistake. One that has haunted her for over five years, and left her in pieces. Damien Slater was the reason for every bad thing in the lives of those he loved most. A decision he made when he was just fifteen destroyed his brothers’ lives, and there was nothing he could do to change the things they had endured. Ruining them hurt, but ruining the only woman who wanted him for more than one night hurt a hell of a lot more. Running away helped Damien heal, and returning to Ireland only caused Alannah more pain. Pain he intended to eradicate and replace with the passion he knew they both shared. Breaking down her walls was not the only challenge Damien faced. Another had plans of his own, and his intentions weren’t for physical vengeance, but something far worse. Damien values Alannah above all else, and what Damien values, Damien fights for.

***Note - Damien is Book 5 in the Slater Brothers series and I recommend it is read in order. As well there are novella's in this series as well.

Worth The Wait by Jessica Prince

Cloverleaf was Mackenzie Webster's second chance. It was the place where she dreamed of starting over and creating a new life for her and her children. She had a carefully thought-out plan for what this new life would look like, and nowhere in it was there room for a relationship. But the one thing Kenzie never counted on was meeting Brett Halstead. Brett was all about fun and friends. "Long term" wasn't a phrase that fit his lifestyle. That was, until Kenzie walked into town and turned his laid back world on its head. Now he wants serious. He wants long term. And he wants it with Kenzie and her kids. But her past refuses to go away, threatening to tear the couple apart. Praying that the damage hasn’t already been done, Brett decides to take on the task of breaking through Kenzie’s walls to show her that love doesn’t always hurt. She’s a challenge he’s determined to win, because a life with Kenzie is worth the wait. And he’ll do whatever it takes to prove that to her.

**Note - Worth The Wait is Book 4 in The Coverleaf Series. I recommend that this series be read in order.

Craft by Adriana Locke

They're not quite enemies. Not really friends. More like frustrated balls of sexual tension and neither will give in. Lance Gibson drives Mariah Malarkey absolutely crazy. He uses her office like a phone booth, takes cupcakes from the corner of her desk like she baked them just for him. She didn't. Maybe she knew the history teacher happened to love peanut butter icing, but that was purely a coincidence. All sixteen times. Mariah has a way of getting under Lance's skin too. She calls him out on his crap, spoils him even if inadvertently, and seeing the librarian in skirts drives him wild. She won't give in. It's for the best, really, considering there's no way he could lie to a woman like that and he's not about to tell her the truth about himself. Not in a million years. These two don't hate each other. They don't really like each other. But for this to be a friends-to-lovers story, they have to start somewhere, right?

**Note - Craft is Book 2 in The Gibson Boys Series. Craft can be read as a complete standalone

Charming Fiona by Jessica Prince

As I child, I believed in true love and fairytales. I convinced myself that there was one special man out there, made just for me. All I had to do was wait, and one day he would appear. Then I grew up and discovered the ugly truth. Disney movies were full of crap. Relationships took work. People made mistakes. And sometimes, you didn’t see what was standing right in front of you until it was too late. Deacon Lockhart was my best friend. And then I lost him. But now I finally have a chance to make things right, and this time I refuse to screw it up. With every smoldering look and wicked word, he charms the hell out of me… and I’m pretty sure I’ll never get enough.

**Note - Charming Fiona is Book 6 in The Girl Talk Series. Recommended that this series be read in order

Our Unscripted Story by L.A. Fiore

Greyson Ratcliffe. I met him at sixteen, the hot new guy sitting on my jetty, an aspiring artist just passing through. He was my first kiss and my first love. I wanted forever with him. I didn’t even get a year. Five years later, I’m a budding writer who scripts stories of love and struggle, the good and the bad and the ups and the downs. He’s a star on the rise—his wicked talent and crazy good looks have his face plastered on countless magazines. We move in two different worlds and still our paths cross again. We’re older and wiser and as crazy about each other as we had been as teenagers. My medium is words and my imagination is limitless, but not even I could have written the incredible journey we traveled to reach our happily-ever-after. Life isn’t like fiction, and the greatest love stories don’t follow a script.

**Note - This is a complete standalone novel

Stone by Max Monroe

First, hate. Then, want. But in the end? Heartbreak. My celebrity life was supposed to be easy, and this movie was the biggest break of my career. But from the moment Officer Levi Fox gave me a speeding ticket on my way into town, he’s been nothing but a thorn in my side. Dominant. Cocky. Callous. Midnight blue eyes, a bad attitude, and muscles for days, he’s exactly the kind of man I should avoid. But as the Cold, Montana Police Department’s official movie liaison, he’s taken up a permanent place in my life that I can’t shake. We fight. A lot. Then, we kiss—and my carefully crafted hate toward him no longer feels so much like hate. I’m falling falling falling. But how often do alpha-jerks cushion the landing?

**Note - This is book 1 of the Stone Cold Fox Trilogy. Book 2 and 3 have yet to be released but are available for preorder.

Something So Unscripted by Natasha Madison

Zack Finding my teammate in bed with my wife made the decision I had been fighting with for years easier. It’s time to move on. A fresh start and a new NHL team in a big city. Most importantly, it’s my son Jack’s best shot. It would be both of our best shots. Denise After a bad childhood, I made sure I would succeed. The problem is I die a little with each patient I lose. It’s part of my career at Hudson Children’s Oncology Hospital, but it doesn’t make the sting of loss any easier. Seeking anything other than a life saved isn’t on my agenda until a NHL player walks into my hospital with his son. We’re officially off script the moment we meet. If this love is anything, it’s unscripted.

**Note - This is book 4 of the Something So Series. This can be read as a standalone but it is recommended this be read in order.
