Girl Crush by Stephie Walls

Who hasn't thought about switching teams after dealing with one bad excuse of the opposite sex after another? and how many different terms can one person come up with for the vaginas. not to mention the many terms for lesbians, the male genitalia or for sex in general. then there is the question of how many colors of nail polished does one woman need?

but I digress...

Giselle is a woman let down for the last time by a man. now she has decided to try batting for the other team. because, I mean one can make the choice to like women, when they have been only attracted to men right? a few way word dates maybe what life need to bring in the one that you are meant to be with.

Collier is the brother of Beck, Giselles first ever girl/girl date. when they first meet both are not sure what it is about one another. he thinks she is just another girl for his sister. and she thinks he is just a jerk. but, the next thing they know they find that they enjoy each other's company. they find that they can be themselves around each other, and that's only the beginning of their attraction. should Giselle just throw in the towel on her girl crush phase and fess up to Collier that she's not who he thinks she is? or should she just keep things the way it is between them?

Girl crush was one that kept you entertained from beginning to end. I found myself understanding what Giselle was going through when it came to the opposite sex I the dating game. This was definitely a book that I would recommend for all of my book friends to read.

She is tired of men. Bored to death with them. So what is the answer? Become a lesbian. The journey she goes on in her quest to prove her best friend Ronnie wrong is hysterical!! The friends she makes along the way lead her to her special someone. Its one of the best romcom's I've read in awhile and I'm glad I found Stephie. Can't wait to read more of her books!!

Well, I do not think ive peed myself laughing in a long time. I was in stitches. Giselle is a character you will absolutely adore. Her journey was definately unique and the you will be hooked from the get go. You will also adore West. Wink, wink. I also loved the fact that Ronnie is a character from a different book but Leddy. I thought it worked incredibly well. I loved every single second.

I was done. Done with men. Women say it all the time; they get fed up, throw their hands in the air, and vow a life of celibacy—until the next chiseled chest comes into view and then they’re foaming at the mouth and wiping the drool from their chins. But this was different, I really meant it. I’d been manhandled by the last pig that would ever bring his sausage near me. After one of the nastiest divorces in history, followed by some of the crudest and raunchiest dates, I’d decided to bat for the other team. …At least I tried. But creating the next Brat Pack hadn’t been on the agenda. Neither had my date's brother, Collier West. And I wasn’t prepared for finding true love at the end of my gal-pal tryst.
