Book Review - RYAN'S BED by TIJAN
Woah !! The first thing I’m gonna say to those of you that are going to read this book and make no mistake you should, BRACE YOURSELF !!!! Ryan’s Bed is simply WOAH !!! Filled with pure angst and it’s a read that will burrow deep and bring out all the emotions. For me this is Tijan’s best book to date. It deal with loss such overwhelming loss at certain points it’s stifling but the storyline is so compelling, so endearing and so heartbreaking. I found myself completely engaged watching as MAC deals with the loss of her sister, navigating through her own thoughts and feelings and having to deal with others as well. Yes there is romance in this book and Ryan is plays a huge roll as Mackenzie deals with the loss of her twin. The moments between the two of them are sweet as he is such a solid support system for her. This story though was all about Mac for me. It was riveting, powerful and I was left utterly speechless at the end of this book. Ryan’s Bed without a doubt in my mind deserves all the five stars.
