Loved, loved, loved this story!!!!! You will cheer for Tripp and Jolie from page one! Ripped apart when they just found love as teenagers, it's now ten years later and both have returned to New York. Running into each other was never part of the plan. Can they work through the past to find their way back to each other? Can they forgive each other for the secrets they've kept? This story is so well written, the love scenes are HOT, and the characters are just so likable. Great read!!!!

What an incredible conclusion. I loved every bit of this book just like I did Throne of Lies. Jolie and Tripp are just so damn easy to love. They both irritated the ever loving tihs outta me at times. I really wanted to slam their heads together and say *snap snap* "effing get it the together people". But, still loved everything about them. I don't want to give anything away so, just know YOU HAVE TO READ THIS.

The story continues 10 years later after the whole Chaos went down with both wealthiest families. We see what Tripp and Jolie had been doing all this time. Tripp ended up creating a company of his own to catch fraudalent, embezzelers. And well Jolie finally got to do what she wanted which was be a fashion model and work with getting her own line up. Neither one wants to see each other but in the back of there minds, they cant. When Tripp makes his way back to New York, he encounters Jolie but another surprise also...

Legacy of Lies, has its twists, emotional rides. At times I hated Tripp and hated Jolie but then came to love them... they finally tell there story and how it went down and you would not see it coming...

You need this book in your life...

This is a great story of second chance love. You fall in love with Jolie and Tripp in "Throne of Lies". They were so cute. Then it hits the fan and the lies and deceit that they endured. Both lost everything and had to rebuild their young lives. Ten years later they unknowingly meet. When the truth is revealed is like they are two magnets drawn to each other. I loved this book and I could not put it down!

Legacy of Lies is fantabulous! It's amazing. It's filled with a rollercoaster or emotions and angst for days. It starts 10 years after Throne of Lies. Tens years after their fathers left their lives a pile of ruins. Jolie is a famous model who wants to start her own business. She seeks out a man whose life is about making sure people are not being taken advantage of. And, Jolie had no idea the person on the other end of the emails was Tripp. After ten years their chemistry and their passion ignites under their skin. They cant not pick up right where they left off. But secrets come to light that should have been shed all those years ago. Their journey is a fantastic one.

This book is like a modern day Romeo and Juliet but even more! I'm so glad I read the prequel of this book because even though you don't need to, you get the full view into Tripp and Jolie's past. Fast forward several years from Throne of Lies and you meet up with both Tripp and Jolie. Each have been changed by the past. Tripp is his own man, self made successful businessman and Jolie about to embark on a new business of her own. When the meet, the old sparks ignite and combustion all over again as they reacquaint themselves with each other. Wonderfully written, a great love story of the ages, past, present and future.

After 10 years, Jolie comes back into Tripp's life.

Jolie has spent the last 10 years as a famous model going all around the world. She's managed to pick her life back up after her father's death, her first loves abandonment and a secret close to her heart. Tired of traveling, she is retiring from the modeling world and wants to open up her on jewelry business. Since she still doesn't have the collateral needed her stepmother encourages her to get a partner. After the betrayal her father went through she decides to higher Riskfactor, a company that does detailed backgrounds.

Tripp just moved back to New York and who happens to be the first client he gets when he moves back but Jolie Chapman. Out of all the lies and deceit can he help her, forgive her, forget her, and start off new.

This is a beautiful story about love lost, forgiveness and making the right decision even though it could change everything.

Throne of Lies is the Prequel to Legacy of Lies by Tara Leigh and it was the perfect introduction to Tripp and Jolie. Tripp and Jolie are both from very wealthy families, their fathers are business partners and Tripp is Jolie escort to the Debutante Ball. These two hit it off straight away and the connection along with the chemistry is a page turner. For a short prequel is really does pack a punch and oh wow that ending was so perfect I dove right into Legacy of Lies. It was a gripping intriguing prequel to awaken those taste buds...........

This was my second book from Tara Leigh, takes place 10 years after the prequel. Jolie and Tripp This is a second chance love story,it's full passion, betrayal, deception and secrets. Tripp and jolie had a young love full of hopes and dreams ,but that all changed when their fathers who were business partners are exposed in a ponzi scheme. You'll need to read it to find out what happens next. This is page turner and I couldn't put it down.

Oh wow. Tripp and Jolie were absolutely amazing in Legacy Of Lies. I loved it so much! I jumped right into this one after I finished Throne Of Lies! There are so many lies that have taken place over the years and it was just so heartbreaking. Trust me. You do not want to miss out on this series!!

Let me start of by saying I thoroughly enjoyed the prequel to this story. That being said, Legacy of Lies would have been freakin perfect save for the fact that I got annoyed with the mention of how many times the words “I want” were said. Other than that, I loved this book. Tripp and Jolie had this back and forth that was somehow both endearing yet irritating. They put up a fight (not a very strong one) and came out on the other end happier. There were little keys here and there throughout the book that kind of made me have these premonitions of the ending, but that didn’t really stop me from having a wtf moment towards the end. It did conclude pretty quickly, and I’m torn with liking it and wishing it had a bit more detail, though sometimes the simplicity and no fuss was what gave it that realistic feel. Jolie and Tripp has their ending, and now I hope to find out more about her friend Eva. If her story is already out, I want to read it. If not PLEASE GET ON IT ALREADY!

Prepare yourselves peeps to be sucked into Throne of Lies. Tara Leigh starts of this series with a short and quick read that will leave you desperate for more. Thankfully the wait between books is only days apart. Young, elite and living the life straight out of a fairytale. I fell in love with these two very quickly. Tara paints a pretty picture just to pull the rug out and I’m loving everything about it.

Tripp and Jolie are the kids of high society Bankers. They live blessed lives. Tripp is Jolies date to a debutante ball. As neither of them really want to do these things, they click. Tripps love for Jolie is so honest and beautiful. All is looking rosey for this future power couple, until the cards come crashing down! Can’t wait to start the next book in series. Fantastic story

Money. Status. Wealth. Power.

I believed I was entitled to all of it.

My legacy.

Jolie Chapman.

I thought I was entitled to her, too.

My love.

In a scandal that set our families against each other, I lost. My legacy. My love.

Everything.

I was heir to a throne built on lies, my crown forged from corruption. Stripped of everything I'd been raised to consider my birthright. Including my princess—who wasn’t mine, after all.

I’ve spent the past decade rebuilding my life, on my own terms.

Money. Status. Wealth. Power.

They’ve been earned.

Now I’ve returned to Manhattan for redemption, too.

Jolie wasn’t supposed to be here.

… And I wasn’t supposed to care.

Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice— Who am I kidding? I don’t believe in second chances anymore.
