Mel's thoughts...

A great start to a series that I can’t wait for more of. When I first saw the announcement for this book I salivated. I live and I mean LIVE for these types of books. Love / Hate romances get my blood pumping and this book definitely has that with two two main characters. Four finds herself as puppet, pun intended by her possible future step brother Ever. He’s made it his mission to make her life well miserable even though the fact that their parents are together is no fault of hers. These two push and pull. They verbal battles are intense. Ever is relentless and he’s also hot and cold at times and let me tell ya I wanted to slap him around a bit or I wanted Four to do that. This book definitely gets intense. Almost a game of cat and mouse and it sets up this series very nicely. I honestly can’t wait for more.
