Well dayummmm !!! Now I’ll say this I’ve had some major issues reading as of late. I’ve picked up and put down so many books that I was ready to cry and I’m positive that it had nothing to do with the books themselves, I’ve just been in a funk. And while I will admit that even going into this one I had my doubts because even some of my fav authors have been unable to get me out of the funk that I’m in. So I pick this up and start reading. Now I’ll be honest when I say I struggled for the first 20 percent of the book. Again not saying it’s was the book it’s just been my struggle. I will say this Dominic King is just woah. Intense is an understatement when it comes to him. And now I’m not much for books that have insta romances but Dominic and Drew these two are like a freaking explosion together. And for me somehow Trilina managed to make me believe this relationship and she made me feel the passion the connection. It jumped from the page and like I said, I’m not usually a fan of insta love, but this book it hit me like a freight train. This book is erotically delicious and Dominic King is one of those characters that calls to me on another level. One that makes you feel like your physically burning up. And I’ll also say that Drew, the way she owns herself is powerful and damn if I didn’t find myself attracted to that as well. I’m looking forward to reading more from this series. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
