Steal You Away by Victoria Ashley

Genre: Contemporary Romance

Publication Date: April 7th, 2020

She belongs to my brother…

I’ve stood back for years watching Dax repeatedly screw things up with Kennedy, as if he doesn’t think anyone could ever swoop in and steal her away.

Breakup after breakup, they always end up back together, even though I’ve always had a thing for her. I’m tired of waiting. He had his chance.

I want mine.

When Dixie’s Alibi — her Grandmother’s bar — needs a new cook for the food truck, I jump at the opportunity, despite the fact that Kennedy Ward hates me. At least, she pretends she does. We both know she secretly wants me and always has.

One way or another, I will get her to finally admit it, even if it involves losing my brother. I plan to play dirty — real dirty — just like he did. This time I’m going to beat him at his own game. I wanted her first, and he knew that, but our age kept us apart.

Not anymore.

Now, I’m grown and ready to take what should’ve been mine to begin with.

Have you ever wanted someone so bad it hurt, but you knew you shouldn’t want them? Yeah that’s totally not how Colson feels.

Colson is everything you want your boyfriend’s little brother not to be and that’s what makes him perfect.

Sexy and sweet he’s gonna steal your heart. This skater has it all. Rough around the edges with the perfect body to match, but it’s that personality and loyalty that will make you fall to your knees. Let’s not forget about the sexual tension he ensues, it will leave you wanting to rip it apart with your teeth.

Kennedy is fucking cool, girl next door meets the completely out of your league tattooed beauty who could whoop your ass in the skatepark. Every teenage boys wet dream. She is so likeable you can look past the fact that she wants her boyfriend’s little brother, and another one of her best friend’s siblings. It may be cause you can feel her struggle like it’s suffocating you just as much as her.

I loved the energy in this read. All the characters came together and fed of each other. It leaves you wanting more from the secondary characters, which we all know I love! I have to say this may be the first book in a long time I haven’t hated a character in.

If you are looking for a fun read that’s gonna leave you all kinds of worked up. This is one you should definitely get your hands on. 5 stars and all my recommendations.
