The Brother

Book Review - THE BROTHER by K. LARSEN

So let's start off by saying that I was completely into this book before I even started reading this book. How is that even possible you ask? Well if you have read The Tutor then you know a bit of what this book is about and I soooo desperately wanted this book and hoped that it would be what I hoped it would be. Vague as fuck? Yes but did K Larsen meet all my expectations, yasss and then some. I loved it every bit of it. The anticipation while reading this book was at an all time high for me. What would happen ? How would these two meet ? How would these two end up? All of it just sucked me in. The damage done to both of them and the one tie they have to each other that is so tainted so completely fucked up yet I wanted them to find each other as wrong as it might seem as disturbing as it should be. K Larsen paints a picture that sucks you in. That makes you relate to both characters even if you've never been in their situation and never could even fathom it yet I found myself understanding their stories and the after affects of it. I love these stories that are dark yet emotional and raw. I never thought I would like this type of romance because it's not conventional it's almost taboo? I don't know what to say here except I loved this book it will stay with me. And OMFG I'm so excited for what's to come. So Fucking excited.
